Tom Ridge, outgoing US Secretary of Homeland Security, will speak on "Secure Borders, Open Doors: international cooperation in the 21st century" this Friday.
I'll try to comment on it - just don't expect the "Top Five Quotes from Tom Ridge's Lecture" or anything like that...
